Assisting a new Mother Cat

Yesterday the shelter receive a phone call from a local resident about a mother cat having a kitten in the yard by their home. One of our volunteers brought this mother & kitten to the Animal Shelter. The kitten was covered in dirt and mud and the volunteers cleaned the kitten up as well as they could. Shown here is Rebecca helping to calm the very stressed new mother cat, the mother cat is in shock and not understanding that she needs to feed her baby.

  1. Purebred cats have distinct personalities and appearance. They come in all shapes and sizes. The Persian has long hair, not loudly vocal and moderately active. miniature cats
